On the Map!

In February 2023 the Economic Development department at Union Settlement asked us for a video series that centered local voices, showcased the variety of small businesses in East Harlem, and would integrate with their existing interactive neighborhood map.

We created On the Map!

On set we work without a script, guiding the local host through an improvised shoot that leverages their talents and personality.

We devised the standard opening with the musical sting and flag prop, and the client had the flag made especially for On the Map!
